ClassClicker is a web-based audience response and interactive classroom service that allows users to create and present quizzes, conduct live interactive Classes, collect audience responses, analyze results, and create or share Quiz and Quiz Set content.
ClassClicker offers Free, Plus, and Team plans.
The Free plan is available without a subscription fee and is subject to the features and usage limits shown on the ClassClicker plan page.
Plus and Team plans are paid subscription plans. The Team plan is available with different capacity options. Current features, limits, capacity options, and prices are shown on the ClassClicker plan page.
Current subscription prices are displayed on the ClassClicker plan page before purchase.
Paid plans are billed annually. Where a monthly equivalent price is displayed for comparison, the subscription is nevertheless charged on an annual basis unless otherwise clearly stated.
Applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or GST where required, are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Paid ClassClicker subscriptions are sold and processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.
Payment methods available to you are displayed during Paddle checkout and may vary depending on your location, currency, and other factors.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms, payment terms, privacy policy, and refund policy.
The applicable subscription fee is charged when you purchase a paid plan. Unless the subscription is canceled before renewal, the applicable annual subscription fee will be charged again when the subscription renews.
Access to paid ClassClicker features is normally made available after successful completion and confirmation of the subscription transaction.
Because ClassClicker is an online service, an internet connection and a supported web browser are required to use the Service.
Plus and Team subscriptions automatically renew for another annual billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.
The applicable subscription fee and taxes will be charged through Paddle using the payment method associated with the subscription.
You may cancel a paid subscription through the subscription management service provided by Paddle.
Unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period. You may continue to use the features of your paid ClassClicker plan until that period ends.
After the paid subscription period ends, your account will no longer have access to the paid plan unless you purchase another paid subscription.
Refund requests for purchases processed through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable refund policy and applicable law.
Canceling a subscription does not, by itself, result in a refund for the remaining portion of the current subscription period.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where ClassClicker allows a change between paid plans or Team capacity options, any applicable price adjustment, charge, credit, and effective date will be displayed or communicated as part of the plan change process.
Users are responsible for any costs associated with internet access, mobile data, devices, software, or other equipment required to access ClassClicker.
ClassClicker does not charge any additional shipping or delivery fees because the Service is provided online.
ClassClicker requires an internet connection and a modern web browser. Some features may require JavaScript, cookies, or other standard browser functionality to be enabled.
The availability and performance of the Service may vary depending on the user's device, browser, operating system, network environment, and internet connection.
